Shipping & Delivery
Most orders arrive within 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location in Canada. We ship from our warehouse in Windsor, Ontario, so delivery times vary by region. Remote and rural areas may take a little longer based on Canada Post’s local service times.
Orders placed between 12:00 AM and 11:00 AM PST, Monday through Saturday, will ship out the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will ship the next business day.
We do not ship on Sundays or on statutory holidays observed by Canada Post.

Express orders placed before 11:00 AM PST, Monday through Saturday, are shipped the same day—provided Canada Post is open.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST, or anytime on a Sunday or statutory holiday, will ship the next business day we’re open and Canada Post is accepting shipments.
For example, if you place an order after 11:00 AM PST on Saturday, it will ship on Monday, since we do not ship on Sundays.
If Canada Post fails to meet the guaranteed delivery timeframe for Xpresspost™ or Priority™, we’ll refund your shipping cost in full.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number.
You can track your package in three ways:
- Email – Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Your Account – If you created an account on our website, you can log in and view tracking under the “My Orders” section.
- Canada Post Website – You can also copy and paste your tracking number at Canada Post’s Website for detailed updates.
After you receive your tracking number, you may see “Electronic information submitted by shipper.” This just means the label was created, but the package hasn’t been scanned by Canada Post yet. Tracking will update once it’s picked up—usually later that day or the next business day.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Windsor, Ontario.
We currently offer shipping within Canada only.
We ship quickly and use reliable carriers, but delays can occasionally happen. If your package is taking longer than expected, check the tracking link in your shipping email or contact us directly so we can investigate.
If you selected an express method like Xpresspost™ or Priority™, and Canada Post fails to deliver on time, we’ll refund your shipping cost in full.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We’ll open a trace with Canada Post and investigate the issue.
In most cases, they’re able to locate the package within a few business days. If the item is confirmed lost or stolen, we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement—depending on the situation. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If your order arrived damaged, missing items, or with the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

For repeat returns, bulk refunds, or returns due to reasons outside our control (e.g. ordering the wrong item), you may be asked to cover the return shipping.
We’ll refund your original shipping charges in the following situations:
