Orders paid by Interac e-Transfer will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received and confirmed. Please include your order number in the e-Transfer message to avoid delays.
We do not store your payment card or banking credentials on our servers.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that appear to be fraudulent, excessively returned, or intended for resale.
Shipping timelines and options are outlined at checkout. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, or external events outside of our control.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Orders placed by 11:00 AM PST Monday–Saturday typically ship the same day. We do not ship on Sundays or statutory holidays.
If you select Xpresspost™ or Priority™, and Canada Post fails to meet their guaranteed delivery timeframe, your shipping cost will be refunded in full.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5–7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the outcome. We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received unless contacted within this time window.

We stand by our products with the True North Guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 45 days of receiving your order. Certain issues, such as damaged items or flavour concerns, must be reported within 5–7 days—see our Returns Policy for full details.
Opened products may be eligible for return if more than 90% of the contents remain. Taste-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. All returns are handled in accordance with our True North Guarantee.

When you make a purchase or refer friends, you may earn points through our Rewards Program. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time, however existing points will remain in place for the lifetime of the account, even if we do modify or cancel new enrollment into the program.
Points can be redeemed for up to 100% of your order total, including shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. There is no cap on the amount of points you can apply per order. We reserve the right to adjust point balances for errors, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
True North Protein products are currently regulated as foods under Canadian Food and Drug Regulations, and do not require a Natural Product Number (NPN) unless otherwise stated.
Should we introduce products containing ingredients classified as Natural Health Products (NHPs) in the future, those items will be clearly labeled and registered with Health Canada, including their assigned NPN.
